bexio is a SaaS, B2B-focused organization that produces software for small businesses. The “single-source” software delivers solutions for freelancers, small companies, and other outlets for easier business administration, customer management and order processing.

As the bexio model is heavily focuses on sales, customer support, and marketing, they brought in Integrate.io’s expertise to optimize their data throughout the other, back-end aspects of their company.

The extra spark for Integrate.io came as the company moved to use Salesforce for its sales efforts.

Obviously, for an organization of our size to move to Salesforce is considerable, Brandt says. The idea was to bring all the email volume and the conversation into Intercom, and handle all the sales cycle and pipeline management in everything in Salesforce. We made a huge concept for that. Then, we said For that, we need to power these two systems with data, and what's the easiest way to do that? Integrate.io.

  • Integrate.io’s ability to scale with bexio as the requirements develop. For bexio, Integrate.io has exceeded their initial expectations of the product. He explained how many monthly or annual plans eventually lose use or want, but with Integrate.io it’s the opposite. He sees the benefit of having Integrate.io and looks forward to continued use of the platform in the future. Brandt says, We have fulfilled the use case that we originally set out to deliver, and I think that it can expand beyond that to other cases and other projects.
